HKT lawyers have handled claims of discrimination, violations of statutory rights, such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and unemployment benefit appeals.  We counsel clients with regard to employment separation and severance agreements, and non-competition agreements.  We have counseled employers as well as individuals with respect to their employment practices.
