Robert R. Thomas, Attorney at Law

Attorney Thomas has counseled hundreds of clients faced with extreme financial hardship due to job loss, medical issues, and under-employment.  A good listener, Attorney Thomas has helped clients choose bankruptcy, debt negotiation, or court defense as the best solution for their problems with creditors.  Attorney Thomas has an active Wills, Trusts and Estates practice where he produces customized Wills and Trusts based on clients’ needs.  He also has an active real estate practice, representing buyers and sellers of real estate.  He has represented clients with employment law claims, severance negotiations, unemployment appeals, zoning appeals, and small business formation.  

Prior to private law practice, Attorney Thomas worked for two well-known Boston-area life insurance companies, working on claims, appeals, and arbitration cases pursuant to Class Action settlement agreements.  Attorney Thomas is licensed in the state, federal, and bankruptcy Courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.   Attorney Thomas is a Board Member and current President of Neighbors in Need, a Lawrence, MA-based food pantry.  Prior to that, he was a Board Member of Merrimack Valley Habitat for Humanity, Inc.
